Summer Olympics - Paris Olympic 2024

Embarking on a captivating journey, Olympic archery had its inception in the Paris 1900 Summer Games, took a hiatus until its revival in 1972, and has since established itself as a Games mainstay. Present-day competitions showcase men's and women's individual and team events, spotlighting precision, skill, and strategic prowess.

The dominance of South Korea, exemplified by athletes like Kim Soo-Nyung and Ki Bo-Bae, has left an indelible mark on the sport. Technological advancements have sculpted the archery landscape, while iconic venues contribute to the electrifying atmosphere.

The Tokyo 2020 Olympics, held in 2021, underscored archery's timeless allure with remarkable record-breaking performances. Archery's unique ability to seamlessly blend tradition with modernity ensures its enduring significance in the Olympic Games.

The Olympic archery competition in Paris 2024 will feature 64 men and 64 women. Looking ahead to the Summer Games 2024 in Paris, the Olympic Archery competitions are set to unfold over seven days, from July 25 to August 4, at the historic Les Invalides.
