The Sydney Cricket Ground is a sports stadium in Sydney, Australia. It is used for Test, One Day International and Twenty20 cricket, as well as Australian rules football, rugby league football, rugby union, and association football.
The England T20 World Cup team represents England and Wales in international cricket. It has been managed by the England and Wales Cricket Board since 1997, and was previously managed by Marylebone Cricket Club since 1903. England, as a founding nation, is a full member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) with Test, One Day International and T20 World Cup status. Until the 1990s, Scottish and Irish players also played for England, as these countries were not yet independent members of the ICC. England are the reigning ICC Men's T20 World Champions.
England have played 182 T20I matches, winning 94 of them. They have won the ICC T20 World Cup in 2010 and 2022 and finished runners-up in 2016. They are the reigning world champions in the T20 World Cup.
