Grand Prairie Stadium is a cricket ground and former stadium in Grand Prairie, Texas. Opened in May 2008, it served as the home stadium of the American Professional Baseball Association's Texas AirHogs from 2008 to 2019 and USL League Two soccer team Texas United from 2017 to 2019.
Following the closure of the AirHogs in October 2020, it was announced that American Cricket Enterprises—a commercial partner of USA Cricket—had acquired the lease of the AirHogs stadium and planned to redevelop the stadium as a cricket ground. A $20 million renovation began in April 2022, after which the stadium hosted the Texas Super Kings in Major League Cricket's domestic T20 league. The stadium also serves as the home and training base for the US National Team.
The Sri Lanka T20 World Cup team, nicknamed the "Lions", represents Sri Lanka in international men's cricket. The disqualification was lifted on November 21, 2023. The team first played international cricket in 1926–27 and became associate members of the ICC in 1965. They were given Test status in 1981, making Sri Lanka the eighth nation to play Test cricket. The team is managed by Sri Lanka Cricket.
