Bellerive Oval is a cricket and Australian rules football ground located in Bellerive, a suburb on the eastern shore of Hobart, Tasmania. It is the only venue in Tasmania which hosts international cricket matches and has a spectator capacity of 19,500.
The West Indies T20 World Cup team, nicknamed the Windies, is a men's cricket team representing the West Indies, primarily English-speaking countries and territories in the Caribbean, and managed by Cricket West Indies. Players on this national team are selected from fifteen Caribbean nation states and territories. As of 26 November 2022, the West Indies cricket team is ranked eighth in Tests, tenth in ODIs and seventh in the T20 World Cup in the official ICC rankings.
